Mercedes-Benz has finally revealed its new E-Class wagon, and it's totally great for some mild off-road adventures. The E-Class All-Terrain blurs the line between wagon and crossover, creating a fairly tough-looking and handsome vehicle.
Mercedes might not seem as bringing a totally new product to the market, since we've already seen some great versions like Audi's Allroad, Subaru's Outback, and Volvo's Cross. This model will be launched as an E 220 d 4MATIC with a 2.0-liter diesel and a nine-speed automatic. Soon after bringing them to the car market, the six-cylinder version will follow up. Cross your fingers for an awesome, V8-powered AMG variant down the line. The car will come equipped with adjustable air suspension, so the ride should be fairly smooth and composed. You'll have two wheel options, with 19inches and 20 inches, which have tires with larger sidewalls.
Just like wagons produced by other carmakers this one will have many plastic cladding on the front, rear and sides of the vehicle. We're not sure it can offer much protection, but it gives a rugged look to the automobile. Int he inside it's all luxurious and classy, with lots of nice wood and leather. The E-Class All-Terrain will debut at the Paris Motor Show, and will be available to the public starting in 2017. We're not sure yet if it will be available for the US car market, it depends on how good it goes in Europe we guess.
